Step 1: Initial Application Process

There are two types of applicants for the Diplomate in School Neuropsychology Credential:
- Graduates, or soon to be graduates, of the School Neuropsychology Institute's Post-Graduate Certification Program:
- Application Fee: $300.00 - no other fee apply. Reduced fee is based on having already completed the written exam and the case study as part of the SNI program.
- Graduates of Doctoral programs with an emphasis in pediatric/school neuropsychology:
- Application Fee: $300.00 for initial credential review.
- Written and Oral Exam Fees: $300.00 payable after application has been approved and the applicant is scheduled to take the written exam.
Applications for both types of applicants are completed online. New applicants will be assigned a username and password for this site as part of the application process. Applicants may enter the site to update or to monitor the status of their application at any time.
List of items you will need to complete the application:
- Your demographic information.
- Documentation of your professional credentials:
- a .pdf copy of your license as a doctoral-level psychologist (if applicable)
- a .pdf copy of other state licensure as a school psychologist (if applicable)
- a .pdf copy of the National Certified School Psychologist credential (NCSP) (if applicable)
- a .pdf copy of the Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP) credential (CA residents only: if applicable)
- a .pdf copy of state certification as a school psychologist or equivalent (if applicable)
